He was not in office?   

He is Prohibited from holding office.

Projection of Trump is Shakesperian perfection. ( My take on reference made on MSNBC.)

What about originality language?  Textualist court?

There is no perfect sentence.  That is how logic works.

Proof of imperfection.

Logic the President, Trump cannot hold the office.  That doesn’t mean he can’t be a candidate.

As I began the reading, I paused to note some thoughts that I may have had before reading it. 

Not only will they further the conservative agenda but will make sure their adversaries voting rights are inhibited.
